1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jiligame2 website located at jiligame2.asia and any related services, features, or content offered by jiligame2 ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jiligame2, you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

jiligame2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jiligame2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jiligame2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is illegal.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiligame2, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jiligame2 or have had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

jiligame2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jiligame2's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of jiligame2, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on jiligame2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiligame2 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiligame2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You must notify jiligame2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jiligame2 may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

jiligame2 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jiligame2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. jiligame2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but jiligame2 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours on business days.

• All funds deposited into your jiligame2 account must be your own funds from a payment source registered in your name.
• jiligame2 does not accept deposits from third parties or from payment sources not registered to the account holder.
• jiligame2 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds if it suspects fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jiligame2 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your jiligame2 account in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jiligame2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, the KYC verification process.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jiligame2 are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jiligame2 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its electronic games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed at each table.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, jiligame2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. jiligame2's decision in such matters is final. jiligame2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiligame2 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jiligame2.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on jiligame2.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiligame2 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by jiligame2.

jiligame2 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

jiligame2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. jiligame2 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiligame2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of jiligame2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without jiligame2's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.

Any unauthorised use of jiligame2's intellectual property may result in legal action. The jiligame2 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiligame2 and may not be used without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiligame2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content therein.

jiligame2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligame2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiligame2 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiligame2's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

jiligame2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At jiligame2's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, jiligame2 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any real-money balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your jiligame2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiligame2 Platform. jiligame2 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13 Amendments

jiligame2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiligame2 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jiligame2 Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
